LAMA processes and ships out orders within 3 to 4 business days. All of our orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS (unless otherwise requested by the customer). It is important to note that LAMA is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination, especially during peak periods. Once the order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way. If you do not receive an email within 72 hours of your purchase, please contact LAMA at email@example.com right away.
In an attempt to make shipping with LAMA affordable, we offer set shipping rates based off the total amount of your purchase order prior to sales tax (CA residents only). To calculate your shipping, please use the shipping table below.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses will incur an additional $10 handling charge to the shipping fees above. A few items we carry may require additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or other special handling considerations. We reserve the right to change shipping fees for certain products. If this is the case with a particular order, the customer will be notified prior to fulfillment of that order.
Once an order is packaged given to the shipping carrier for delivery, that package becomes the carrier’s responsibility (UPS or USPS) and LAMA is no longer liable for that package. All orders shipped include insurance on the total amount of that order.
Due to the large interest in International shipments, LAMA has decided to take international orders on a per order basis. If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase from LAMA, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your order. Please note that free shipping on purchases over $200 does not apply to international shipments.
If you simply can’t wait to receive your LAMA purchase and need your package expedited, please contact us immediately after you make your purchase and we will do our best to make sure you get your package quickly. Additional fees are applicable and must be paid before the package is sent out.
An 8.25% sales tax is required for all California residents and will be automatically added to their order. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.
We want you to love your LAMA product as much as we do. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your issued receipt for shop credit or exchange ONLY. Please note that all sale items are FINAL. All items coming back to LAMA HQ must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed (you may need to use additional packing material) and insured for their full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Before making a return or exchange, you will need to contact LAMA at email@example.com. Please include your order # and a list of the items you are returning. We will then issue you a Return Authorization #, which must be included on your return package. Please do not return any items until you have been issued Return Authorization #. Any item returned prior to approval is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of the package arrival. Claims cannot be made after 48 hours.
